Start from the gate, not the door
Work backwards. Domestic flights want you at the terminal two hours before departure, international three. Add the drive time, then add a buffer for the traffic pattern on that day of the week.
The drive is not the same at 4 am
A run that takes ninety minutes at 6 pm can take forty at 4 am. Padding an early morning trip with rush hour timings just costs you sleep. We use the timing for the hour you are actually travelling.
A worked example
A 7.30 am domestic departure from Bengaluru, staying in Whitefield. Terminal by 5.30, drive of about an hour and fifteen at that hour, fifteen minutes of buffer. Pickup at 4 am.
Book the night before
Pre dawn pickups should always be confirmed the evening before, with the driver's number in your phone. We call to confirm by 9 pm the night before every early booking.
