What this policy covers

This policy applies to airportcabindia.com and to any booking you make with Airport Cab India by phone, WhatsApp or through the forms on this website. It explains what personal information we hold, why we hold it, and the choices you have.

We have tried to write it in plain language. If any part of it is unclear, call us and ask.

Information you give us

To arrange an airport transfer we ask only for what the driver and the desk actually need:

• Your name, so the driver can meet you and confirm who they are collecting
• Your mobile number, so we can confirm the booking and reach you on the day
• Your pickup and drop locations, and the date and time of travel
• Your flight number, when you give one, so we can track the arrival and move the pickup if the plane is late
• An email address, only if you choose to send one
• Any note you add to the booking form, for example luggage or a child seat

We do not ask for payment card details on this website. Fares are settled with the driver at the end of the trip by cash, UPI or card.

Information collected automatically

When a form is submitted we record the IP address it came from. This is used to block automated spam and to review abuse, nothing else.

The site does not run advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand which pages people find useful.

How we use your information

Your details are used to arrange and deliver the transfer you asked for:

• Confirming the booking and quoting a fixed fare
• Passing the pickup details to the assigned driver
• Tracking your flight so the car arrives at the right time
• Contacting you about that specific booking
• Issuing an invoice where a corporate account requires one

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who can see your details

Only the people who need them: the booking desk, and the driver assigned to your trip. A driver is given your name, your mobile number and the pickup and drop points. They are not given anything else.

Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and booking notifications are delivered by an email service. Both process data on our behalf and only to run the service.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that never became a booking are cleared periodically.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record of a completed trip.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your details from our records
• Stop contacting you

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, the admin area is password protected, and booking records are not publicly accessible. No system is perfect, but we limit what we collect in the first place, which is the most effective protection there is.

Children

This service is intended for adults making travel arrangements. We do not knowingly collect information about children other than a passenger count when a family books a car.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
